LQRY series hot oil pump adopts self-heating heat dissipation structure, which changes the traditional water cooling structure, making the structure simple, small in size, saving operating costs, good performance and reliable use. It is the second generation product developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign oil pumps in my country. , The basic structure is a single-stage single-suction cantilevered foot support structure. The inlet of the pump is axial suction, the outlet is vertically upward in the center, and it is installed on the base with the motor.

The support of LQRY series hot oil pump adopts the structure of double-end ball bearing support. The front end is lubricated with lubricating oil, and the rear end is lubricated with grease. There is an oil guide pipe in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover the heat transfer oil at any time.

The thermal oil pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever structure. The hydraulic components of the pump are connected with a bearing seat and a connecting pipe. The liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet pipe. The impeller of the pump is a semi-open impeller. Vane, the main feature of this pump is that the pump shaft in the submerged part has sufficient rigidity, there is no bearing between the impeller and the pump casing, and no shaft seal is used, which can transport the medium containing solid particles with a large depth. The length of the pump into the liquid is between 800-2000, if necessary, it can be equipped with a suction pipe. The shaft seal is operated by a submerged pump inserted into the liquid, without a shaft seal. The transmission is installed on the motor support and support seat by a vertical motor, and is connected with the pump by a coupling.

(1) The combination of packing seal and mechanical seal is adopted. The packing seal uses high temperature resistant packing, which has good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal adopts cemented carbide material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance to ensure sealing performance at high temperature.

(2) The imported polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is used as the lip seal, which makes a leap in sealing performance, which is 25 times more reliable than rubber seals, and has extremely strong corrosion resistance.

The heat transfer oil pump must be well maintained in daily use.

Start from the following aspects:

Ⅰ. Shutdown: cut off the power supply. Empty the liquid in the heat transfer oil pump, clean it and turn the impeller 180 degrees on schedule to avoid deformation of the shaft until the oil pump is completely cooled.

Ⅱ. Heat-conducting oil pump The fuel oil of the appropriate label must be used for cleaning in the pump. In general, No. 0 diesel oil is used in summer, and -10 No. light diesel oil is used in winter.

Ⅲ. The fuel used by the heat transfer oil pump must be clean and free from any impurities and moisture.

Ⅳ. It is normal for a small amount of leakage at the beginning of the operation of the heat transfer oil pump, and the leakage will be reduced or stopped after the sealing surface runs in for a certain period of time. Because the heat transfer oil pump shaft is provided with a stuffing box at the front end, the sealing function is relatively reliable, and a mechanical seal is installed in the bearing seat, so a lot of leakage cannot occur, and a small amount of leakage can be discharged through the leakage nozzle.

Ⅴ. The heat transmitted by the conveying medium to the pump cover and bearing of the heat-conducting oil pump is dissipated by the surface of the pump cover and the bearing seat, so that the temperature of the bearing seat conforms to the temperature of the shaft sealing function. Therefore, when choosing the installation position of the heat transfer oil pump, the heat of the pump cover and the bearing seat should be easily dispersed without any heat storage phenomenon.

Ⅵ. There are two ball bearings in the bearing seat. One ball bearing on the pump impeller side of the heat transfer oil pump is lubricated with the transferred heat transfer oil, and one ball bearing on the coupling side is lubricated with high temperature grease: each ball After the bearing runs for 3000 hours, it must be removed and cleaned with diesel oil. Check whether the contact surface is damaged. If it is damaged, it must be replaced with a new bearing. When relying on the ball bearing device on the impeller side, the side with the dust cover should face the impeller device, and the heat transfer oil should be injected before starting the machine. For the ball bearing on the coupling side, use compound calcium-based high-temperature lubricating grease. When the bearing is re-installed, the side with the dust cover should also be installed towards the impeller side, and the lubricating grease should be filled during installation. After the bearing has been running for 48 hours, use a grease gun to inject additional grease into the pressure filling cup on the bearing cap.

VII. It is not allowed to use the gate valve on the input pipe to adjust the flow to prevent the occurrence of air binding.

Ⅷ. The heat transfer oil pump should not continue to run below 30% of the design flow. If it is necessary to run under this premise, a bypass pipe should be installed at the outlet, and the flow should reach the above minimum value.

Ⅸ. Always reflect on the looseness of the anchor bolts, whether the temperature of the pump casing of the heat transfer oil pump is consistent with the inlet temperature, the shaking status of the outlet pressure gauge and the vibration status of the pump.

Ⅹ. Pay attention to whether there is any noise in the operation of the heat transfer oil pump. If a normal conduction pattern is found, it should be stopped immediately.

2. The oil cup should be filled with calcium-based butter to ensure that the bearing can be lubricated normally.

3. Within the first month of operation of the pump, or after 100 hours of operation, the butter in the motor support oil cup should be replaced. It will be replaced every 2000 hours in the future.

4. Regularly check the elastic coupling and pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor bearing.

5. During operation, if any noise or unusual sound is found, stop immediately for inspection.

6. The pump should be checked periodically every 2000 hours of operation. The wear of the gap between the impeller and the pump body (or pump cover) should not be too large, and the maximum value of the gap should not exceed 1.5 mm. If it exceeds, the impeller or cover can be replaced.
